We have two options for purchasing our exclusive Cocktail Crates:

1. Subscription service - once you have signed up for a subscription service, your Cocktail Crates will be delivered to your door at the frequency that you select, and you will be billed automatically to ensure it's hassle free!  When you sign up for a subscription, you not only get Cocktail Crates at a reduced price, but will also receive unique Cocktail Crates that are not available for standard purchase.

2. Buy as you go - if you're not ready to sign up for a subscription, and would prefer to purchase Cocktail Crates as individual items for yourself or as gifts for others, simply browse our selection and add to basket anything that takes your fancy!  You can purchase these as one-off orders, with no commitment at all.

We offer three subscription options, where you can receive a Cocktail Crate delivered:

• Monthly
• Bi-Monthly (receive a crate every two months)
• Quarterly  (receive a crate every three months)

Each month we prepare the unique Cocktail Crates for dispatch on the 23rd of the month, and you should receive your box a few days alter. 

Not only is it cheaper to join the subscription service, but you will be eligible to receive unique Cocktail Crates which are not available for normal sale.

Whilst all our subscriptions come with a discount, our monthly Cocktail Crate subscription comes with the biggest discount per crate.

If you are not happy with your Cocktail Crate subscription, you can simply cancel at any point.  Just let us know by emailing hello@cocktailcrates.co.uk to and we will process the cancellation.

Yes - we are an online retailer so ordering online is our only ordering option.  Simply choose the products or subscription you want, add them to basket, and then pay via our secure online checkout.

Ordering online with Cocktail Crates is very safe - we use the latest technologies to encrypt and protect your data, and operate within all data protection guidelines. 

Once you have paid for your order, you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been accepted, including your unique order reference number.

We currently deliver only to UK, Ireland and Europe.

Yes you can have your parcel delivered to another address, for example your work.  If you choose your work address, please ensure that you always include the name of the company / organisation and the contact name.

We ask that you allow an additional 7 working days after the date of dispatch, to allow for any unexpected delays with our carriers.  If you still haven’t received your order after three days, simply get in touch with our customer services team who can investigate the matter.

If your parcel is returned to us, our customer service team will contact you to discuss the issue with delivery.  If the reason for non-delivery is found to be due to an invalid / incomplete address, the customer will be required to pay for re-delivery.

Please ensure that your shipping address information is correct before placing your order.  Whilst we will make every effort to amend your address if you spot an error, because the orders and picked and dispatched so fast we are unable to guarantee that changes can be made.   Contact us on hello@cocktailcrates.co.uk

Yes a signature will be required from a person over the age of 18 in order to accept the delivery.  If you or a neighbour is home to accept the delivery, a signature will be required upon receipt of the parcel.  Alternatively, the carrier may choose to take the parcel to your nearest depot and leave a card to advise of this.  You will then be able to collect the item at your convenience. 

We will offer a return and replacement on any items that are damaged or faulty, however due to the perishable nature of some of our Cocktail Crates, we do not offer returns as standard.
