Step 1
Get your ingredients ready:
- Vodka - we recommend Absolut
- Orange Liquor - we recommend Cointreau
- Cranberry Juice - we recommend Britvic
- 1 Fresh Lime

Chill a martini glass with ice and water. We recommend these beauties from John Lewis.
Step 3
Combine over ice in a cocktail shaker:
- 50ml Vodka
- 15ml Orange Liquor
- 75ml Cranberry juice
Step 4
Squeeze the juice from half a lime into the shaker.
Step 5
Remove the ice and water from the cocktail glass - you now have a chilled glass ready for your cocktail!
Step 6
Shake the ingredients hard for around 15 seconds, then strain into the chilled martini glass.
Step 7
Using a sharp knife or a veg peeler, remove a long wide piece of the orange peel.
Step 8
Trim into a rectangle using a knife, and then twist the over the top of the glass to allow the oils to spray not the surface of the cocktail.
Step 8
Wrap the peel around a chopstick (or any round utensil) it to form an elegant spiral, then float on the cocktail and enjoy!
